Omnity is comprised of two interwoven and synergistically interacting networks: (1) a document network, which, while several TB in size and growing rapidly, still only represents a relatively small fraction of globally available public and private content. Omnity is well-positioned to ingest and process documents as the document network size continues to exponentially grow. (2) a user network comprised of Fortune 1000 Enterprise customers, Government entities at both the Federal and State levels, and Universities and other research institutions whom can purchase Omnity access at scale via site-wide licenses. As the document network continues to grow, so will intrinsic network
value, attracting more users and publishers, whose further consumption of the document network will further increase network value. Given their fixed supply, as tokens serve as the unit of such consumption, token value should increase with increasing network value.The early adopter program, described below, should further accelerate increasing token value.
Initial Token Purchase
During Omnity’s ICO, tokens will be issued to paying users, upon which purchased tokens can be used to launch Discovery Bots for sustained query activities,as well as ingest substantive numbers of documents well beyond the level of ingestion accessible to free users. Any token holder who purchases tokens can also optionally opt-in to register for the Omnity early adopter program, as described below, at no additional cost.
